In general I meet with my client for an initial consultation. This is when we get to know each other and exchange ideas to determine the optimal plan to follow to get you into the best shape of your life. 

You will complete a medical questionnaire and a physical assessment will be performed. I will test your cardiovascular fitness level, upper body strength, lower body strength as well as abdominal strength. I will take your body measurements, body fat percentage and blood pressure. This will give us a realistic picture of your current level of fitness and basic health condition and will allow us to identify your strengths as well as your weaknesses.
