My name is Julie Meyer-Leclair. I am a Canadian who has lived in Switzerland since 1997. I graduated with a College degree in Dental Hygiene and worked in that profession until my first child was born in 2003.
Sports and healthy living have always been a big part of my life therefore I decided to get involved professionally. I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise) in July 2008 and founded Fit2Day. I have a dedicated passion for CrossFit style workouts because of the high intensity, functional exercises it promotes. You work strength, speed, endurance, power and much more to help you live your life without limitations.
As a mother, I understand the demands of a parent today. I want to show women and men alike that one can achieve their health and fitness goals without spending hours at the gym. My approach to fitness is finding the right balance between cardio, strength training and a balanced nutrition.

Getting in shape is an empowering lifestyle decision! I believe in making fitness fun and beneficial for real life situations. That's why I follow a functional fitness bootcamp approach using your own body weight, free weights, battle ropes, sandbags, TRX, medicine balls, yoga... and a great sense of humor to help you reach your goals!
I help children and adults, in small groups and as individuals, attain the life they want, one step at a time. The wonderful side effect of working your body and nourishing it well is confidence. Now who doesn't want that?
I am a Swedish American (and now also Swiss!) mother of two teenage boys. I hold a BSc in Biology from the University of Colorado, an MSc in Marine Biology/Natural Resource Management from James Cook University, and also work as a health coach for Sidekick Health, a digital therapeutics company. I love the ocean and especially water sports, coaching and managing a youth baseball team, and enjoying the good things in life!

My passion for fitness started at a young age and has grown ever since. I had my first contact with Functional Fitness through Julie Meyer-LeClair. After trying Cross-fit for the first time, I think I sold my soul to Fitness.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Humanities and I am a professional Dog Groomer. I worked in both fields prior to becoming a mother and a Certified Personal Trainer.
My goal is to bring fitness to EVERY BODY in a fun yet safe environment. My focus is to keep pregnant women moving, helping women throughout their postpartum period by regaining strength and focusing on the pelvic floor. Of course, some kick-ass group TRX Classes will also be available weekly.
As a certified personal trainer, I am very happy to help you define your SMART goals and to achieve as well as maintain them. You will get Personalized attention for a workout plan suitable for your own needs and abilities, a workout buddy that is kinda a little obsessed towards being knowledgeable about fitness technique to maximize results and avoid injury.
