During a Bootcamp class you work your entire body, heart and muscles, by going from one exercise to another with little or no rest in between.
It involves exercises such as jumping jacks, push ups, crunches, squats and other cardio and weight exercises. We use kettlebells, TRX, sandbags, battling ropes and many more fun and challenging equipment. The challenge is to take your body to its limits. You work, you sweat, you have fun and you burn tons of calories doing it!
I offer multiple daily bootcamp classes which are adaptable for the young and old, beginner to the very fit. I will modify every exercise for the one starting out or progress the level of intensity for the athlete. Whatever your level, I promise to put you through a fun, safe, energizing, fat blasting workout! Check the Bootcamp Training Schedule for a list of daily classes.
One Bootcamp session lasts 4 weeks. You decide whether you want to work out once, twice or three times per week. You can then choose at your convenience from the 15 classes offered a week. After 4 weeks, you can continue the same or choose a new plan. Sessions must be paid up front.
